These snapshots were taken in the forest in spring!  Spring Forest Scrapbook is a collaborative project with Jeannine McGowan of The Blue Flower, who did Part 2.  Part 1 contains the group of five shown below.  Add her four to complete the piece, or just stitch which smalls are your favorite!

▶You will need PART TWO of the pattern to complete the full piece as shown.

▶PATTERN INFORMATION

STITCH COUNT:  Each square is 61 x 61 stitches
SIZE on 32 or 40 count:  CLICK HERE for the math on the entire piece!
FABRIC:  Entire model is stitched on 32 count Silver Fox linen by Fiber on a Whim.  Smalls were done on the same color in 40 count linen.
STITCHES USED: Full cross stitch, back stitch, french knot
FLOSS: DMC, Weeks Dye Works.  Full DMC conversion provided.

▶FLOSS LIST:  The same Weeks Dye Works are used for Part 1 and 2, and one skein of each color will provide enough for the full project except for Cappuccino.  If stitching on 32 count you will need an additional skein of this color.  FLOSS PACK HERE.

▶FINISHING TRIM:  Not included.  We used Lady Dot Chenille trim in the color Grape Fizz for Part 1.  We used Lady Dot Chenille trim in the color Rainy for Part 2.

cute animals

Charts are well done, lots of areas of 1 color so stitching should be easy and fast.

I'm always on the look-out for hedgehogs as a good friend collects them...and I love the deer!
