Yes, we have a refund policy! And yes, it's simple.

For Cross Stitch Kits & Other Physical Items:
If for some reason you are not satisfied with your product you can return it within 5 days of receiving. Please contact us to request a refund. After receiving your return we will send you a full refund (not including original shipping costs) if all items are in new condition.  

For Lowery Stands and accessories:

If you are not satisfied with your Lowery product, you can return it within 7 days of receiving.  Please contact us to request a return.  Lowery stands must be returned with their original packaging.  After receiving your return, you will be issued a refund (not including to or from shipping costs and a $10 restocking fee on stands only).

For Omanik Factory Stands and Frames

If you are not satisfied with your Omanik product, you can return it within 7 days of receiving.  Please contact us to request a return.  Omanik stands must be returned with their original packaging.  After receiving your return, you will be issued a refund (not including to or from shipping costs and a $10 restocking fee on stands only).

For Instant Download Patterns:
Due to the nature of digital items, we cannot issue a refund for an instant download. If you encounter a problem or error in a cross stitch pattern, please contact us.
