STASH FEST 2025

 

UPDATE:  As of 8/25 we are no longer able to merge orders because your GOODIES are ARRIVING!  You can place additional orders, but they may not be merged.

STASH FEST is what we're calling the many new pattern releases happening throughout August 2025.  We'll be shopping the Needlework Marketplace, where many designers come together to release their new patterns.  But there are also many designers who aren't necessarily participating in the show who will be releasing around the same time.  STASH FEST patterns are marked as PREORDERS.  This means we'll be ordering you a copy and holding it for you.  :)

If you place an order with these preorder items, it will be held until we have your whole order ready to go.  We will also be COMBINING Stash Fest orders and refunding extra shipping charges, so feel free to place as many orders as you would like. 

In order to make sure we have the patterns you want, be sure to place your Stash Fest order by August 21st.

Because of the nature of this market, we are not entirely certain when your order may be ready to go.  We will be placing our orders on August 22nd and waiting for all the companies to ship our orders to us.  We hope to begin shipping out Stash Fest orders quickly and efficiently once market orders come in, hopefully around the end of August, depending on how quickly the designers and manufacturers get our our order to us!  Once your order ships you'll get your package tracking emailed to you!
