If you place another Nashville order, we may not be able to merge it. This is because your original order may be in the middle of our packing system.
We've decided we will be refunding any Cosford Rise orders. Those patterns won't be available until later this spring and are complicating the packing process. You can reorder those later (especially those adorable badgers) when they're in stock.
Products causing slight delays -- all are in route to us though!:
We always hope to have ZERO PROBLEMS around high volume times, but due to human errors this is not always possible.
1. We just got a shipment confirmation from Cottage Garden Threads for the Pigeon and Puddle floss pack. We were assured we would have it by now. We're hoping it ships speedily.
2. Our patterns from December Stitches are in the mail to us; as they were overlooked in our delivery at the show. This includes Otterly Perfect, Feathered Friends, and Naughty List.
