Spring Has Sprung Hand Dyed Fabric by Grace Notes

Spring Has Sprung fabric hand dyed by Grace Notes Fabrics.  A gorgeous light sea glass blue.  Fat quarter of fabric measures approximately 17 x 28 inches.  This color is closest to DMC 931.  Edges are not serged.
