Blue Flower TUDOR FALCON Cross Stitch Pattern Nashville Market

This addition to the Tudor Menagerie series was inspired by medieval illuminated manuscripts.  This features a lovely white gyrfalcon and a surround of pansies and violets in shades of evening. CLICK HERE to see the rest of the series.

Stitch count is 71 wide x 98 high and the model is stitched with one strand of thread over two strands of linen.  The model is stitched on 40 count "Dusk" linen from Fiber On A Whim.  This is a lovely fabric that evokes the soft sky of evening and the closest DMC equivalent is 931.  

The model is backed with "Navy Bean" velveteen and trimmed with "Thundercloud" chenille, both from Lady Dot Creates.
