The Sweet Birds Sing is a 16 page booklet based on a Welsh sampler. The unique birds on the antique piece compelled me to purchase the antique pictured in the booklet. The patterns included are two pincushions and a needle roll. This booklet will be released at market!
Patterns are stitched on 36 count Heartland from Picture This Plus using Weeks Dye Works, Gentle Arts, and Classic Colorworks threads with DMC conversion. Only one skein listed (You may require additional skeins).

I especially love the small pillows with the pairs of pretty birds. Even given the detailed instructions for assembling the roll-up pouch, I think I'd still want to see a floss tube for doing the layers of pockets. It's such a lovely accessory.
