My other pair of these scissors were stolen and I was so happy I could replace them. They’re small so fit nicely into my supplies yet sharp and get all those threads cut cleanly.
I initially bought these because someone who shall remain nameless decided to cut the hair wrapped around the vacuum cleaner brush with my small Kai scissors and dulled them. He won't be tempted by these tiny blades! In practice I found out that the tips of the blades can fit under floss stitches on 28-count fabric to remove mistakes, something my standard seam ripper's tip is too big for. Also, with the scissors being so small they don't block the view so you can see what you're doing better. Then I plucked out the cut strands with a tweezers. This made frogging a lot easier.
